We are looking for a Technical Support Co-ordinator to join our office.
If you have worked on a help desk and have experience at dealing with customers, in a customer service role, or if you are a super organised Administrator, that fancies doing something different then we want to hear from you. You will be the first port of call for our customers who call our Support help desk, you will be logging issues (email and phone), giving advice and the main point of contact between customers and all other departments within our organisation. A real customer services focus is needed, the ability to multi-task, be organised, have super admin skills and have a passion for improving things.

Further to the recent news regarding the Ransom-ware viruses that have affected the NHS and other organisations globally, we would like to reassure all clients that currently supported Microsoft operating systems, (Windows 7 and above), along with a business class anti-virus/anti-malware/universal threat management system, provides protection against such attacks.
However, continued user diligence is still very important, and extreme caution should be taken on opening any attached even from known sources.
Those clients still with Windows XP or 2003 Server based operating systems should review infrastructure at the earliest opportunity.
